Call for teachers

Your ideas about teaching are probably not consistent with what is currently given to students and students.

You understand that there are different rhythms of learning in the minds of individuals. There are those few, who have a very vivid and fabulously performing intelligence who are bored to die in the communal school. They are called gifted or precocious. There are those who constitute the majority of the students who benefit from a course designed and responding to an intellectual average defined by the Ministry of Education. It is the basis of knowledge, that which forms the laboring population. And there are those who are few, too, who would suffer terribly if education imposed on them the classical rhythm of the majority student group. Fortunately, the latter group benefits from schools and courses tailored to the potential of its members.

Nothing has been officially foreseen for the members of the first category, which has very little chance of being realized, since it is abandoned with its peculiarity.

You are probably in our opinion that teaching be tailored to the pace of each student and student so that he / she can display his / her full intellectual potential in the best conditions. You are also likely to think that teaching must address the personal development of students so that they flourish in their true self, gifts, skills, passions and the sense they already give to their lives. Guided by responsible teachers and trained by the group dynamics of the other students throughout their course, they will be able to find the knowledge they need to achieve their goals.

Genius' Garden Foundation wishes to provide answers to the needs of all its members. If you would like to participate in the creation of an organization developing such a project, we would be happy to get to know you and to exchange together the various points of view on this field which is the education of the gifted and gifted creative.

Currently, we are at the stage of building the first teaching instruments for these budding or already revealed geniuses. Across the world, there are private schools that welcome so-called early children, but the vast majority of them do not have access to them. Genius' Garden Foundation wants to bring more of these students to its continental academies. Today, the nascent infrastructure of our academies brings together volunteer members who produce content related to the first stage of teaching geniuses through the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs).

If you are interested in this project and would like to make your own arrangements, we will be very happy to welcome you to our team. Very soon we will implement the construction of the first academies that will welcome, with contract of employment, the pioneers in the functions that will suit them best.
